1.)What factors influences the psychological impact color has on people?
Age, gender, culture, life experience.
2.)Summarize the feeling each of the following colors evokes in people: red, green, and violet.
Red-power, Green-Refreshing, Violet- Dramatic

Equal mixing of colors, Red+Yellow= Orange, Red+Blue= Violet, Blue+Yellow= Green

Yellow-green

Tint-adding white to a color, Shade-adding black to a color, Tone- adding grey

Neutralizing a hue is like making it tint or shade.

Yellow and orange; Blue and green.

Monochromatic, complimentary, split-complimentary, double-complimentary, analogous, triadic, and neutral.
10.)What factors influence the way color harmonies are used in planning an interior design?
They can make a room seem larger or give out a feeling/expression.

Colors can bring out each-others brightness or blend together, it's all about what colors make others look good for a beautiful room.
12.)Write a conclusion of the obstacle on what to do about perceiving colors.
One thing that you could do is suggest different lighting, lighting make the eyes perceive color differently, Also sticking to neutral colors could help, with a pop of evoking colors.
13.) What would you do if you're redoing a master bedroom and one likes cooler hues while the other wants warmer?
I would go with a lighter green with Deluxe Warm White Florescent light, to give the one their cooler hue but warming it up with some good lighting.
